If you already have a Solar System installed and you want to add in a Wind Turbine to boost your battery power for the Winter months , you can add in our 400w or our 800w Wind Turbine 48v if and only if your battery voltage is 48v and your battery has a positive and negative terminal you can wire the 800W Wind Turbine and it's charge controller to.

Our 48v Wind Turbine 48V charge controller brake voltage is 58V.  Lithium battery nominal voltage is 51.2V, usually the Lithium charge protection is 58V. If your lithium battery has a charge protection voltage greater than 58V,  then the controller can protect the lithium battery power wall, and so you can connect a 48V Wind Turbine.

Our Wind Turbines spin clockwise so please ensure you mount the blades so that the thinest part of the blade is facing up and that the thickest part of the blade is facing down as the blades spin clockwise.
