99% of all small orders placed by 3pm Monday, Tuesday , Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will be packed and shipped same day.

UPDATE, I have been advised by my doctors to take 3 MONTHS  off work to allow my body to heal and get well enough again as at the moment I have Lyme, Bartonella and Babeosis in my blood so all orders placed before September 15th will qualify for free delivery and will be shipped out on my return on either the 15th or 16th of September 2026.

I will be back in work intermittently over the next 3 months so please accept my apologies if your order is delayed getting shipped out.

Ireland orders will go out with the An Post Express or GLS courier service so if you order Monday - Friday we aim to pick, pack and ship your order the same week. All orders no matter where you live in Ireland will be shipped via a registered courier and tracking numbers are available on request.

European orders will take 3 working days and so will orders to France. Orders from Spain and Italy will take 4-5 working days. All orders no matter where you live in Europe will be shipped via a registered courier and tracking numbers are available on request.

North American orders will be shipped by Sea or for smaller items under 30kgs we can ship via DHL or UPS

We offer Free Delivery on some Products when you spend €65 to Ireland and we ship to Europe and North America at cost.

Please allow up to 4 days for An Post Express or GLS delivery before you call us to track a missing parcel.

Please note we aim to ship all orders same day but that sometimes is just not possible.
